The provisions in this section regulate access to and use of services on the webpage that EXELTAINER, S.L. provides to its users, which is hosted at the domain www.exeltainer.com.  (Hereafter, the “Website”.)

www.exeltainer.com, provides access to a wealth of information, services, programs and data (hereafter, the “Contents”) on Internet pages belonging to EXELTAINER, S.L. The User accepts all responsibility for the use of the site. That responsibility extends to any registrations that may be necessary to access specific services or content.

In said registrations, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and valid information. As a consequence of said registration, the USER may be provided a password, for which he or she will be responsible, including ensuring the appropriate, diligent and confidential use thereof. Why do we handle your personal data?

When a User connects to this Website, for example, to request a quote for our services, or to manage the administrative tasks of customers (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, etc.) they are providing personal information that EXELTAINER, S.L. is responsible for. The User and/or Client is informed that he or she may direct any type of claim regarding the protection of personal data to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es, a Spanish State Control Authority.

Intellectual property of Website content

EXELTAINER, S.L. itself, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights on its Website, as well as all elements contained therein.  Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the following are expressly prohibited without the authorization of EXELTAINER, S.L.: the reproduction, distribution and public broadcasting, including distribution methods, of all or part of the contents of this Website, for the purposes of providing information requested by interested parties, via any medium or technical means, without the permission of EXELTAINER, S.L.. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights belonging to EXELTAINER, S.L. They may see the website’s contents and even print them out, copy them and store them on the hard disk of their computer, or any other physical media, as long as they be solely and exclusively for personal and private use.

Content and services disclaimer

EXELTAINER, S.L., shall not be liable under any circumstances for any losses or damages of any kind suffered by the User due to any of the following: errors or omissions of content, lack of website availability, or the transmission of viruses or malware or harmful software embedded in the contents, despite having implemented all the technological mechanisms necessary to prevent it.

EXELTAINER, S.L., reserves the right to carry out, without any prior notice to its Users, any alterations that it sees fit to its website and may change, delete or add both to the contents and services that are provided on it, as well as the ways in which these appear or are located on the website.

EXELTAINER, S.L. guarantees the security and confidentiality of all its communications with its customers. EXELTAINER, S.L. guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, addresses and any other kind of data provided by our clients, according to the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (“Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”) and also according to the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy, which the user must have accepted during the registration process.

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

Purchases carried out with EXELTAINER, S.L. are regulated by Spanish law. In case of any controversy or discrepancy, the competent jurisdiction will be the Courts of Arganda del Rey.
